For a democracy to function, it is not enough granting to the citizens the right to express choices by voting. It is also necessary granting serious and complete information to them, because this is necessary to make senseful decisions. Otherwise we are talking about an apparent democracy, under the actual dictatorship of whoever has the power to censor and manipulate information.  WEITERLESEN
